We send out orders within 2 days, if they are in stock items, however certain sizes and variations in material, may take slightly longer. Special order items, custom items, or items not currently in stock can take between 3-4 weeks to be shipped out.
Custom or made to order pieces such as engagement rings is dependent on the individual item. We suggest reaching out to us if you are purchasing items that are required by a certain date, such as engagement rings, and other special orders.

We accept returns for unworn jewellery in original condition and packaging. Returns can be made within 10 days of receipt. this means that returns must be received in our warehouse within the 10 day period.

Any custom jewellery, engraved or monogramed pieces, special orders and pierced earrings are non-refundable.

The majority our jewellery is solid 10kt -14kt -18kt yellow gold, white gold, or rose gold. We strive to be as transparent as possible, so please check the item details for specific dimensions, weight and material.
