RETURNS

We accept returns for unworn jewellery in original condition and packaging. Returns can be made within 30 days of receipt of item.

In the rare event, there is a manufacturer defect, we will gladly replace the item promptly and with no shipping costs.

Any custom jewellery, engraved or monogramed pieces, special orders and pierced earrings are non-refundable. 

At this time, all rings that are not size 7 are considered special order items, as they are made-to-order.

All SALE items are a final sale and cannot be returned for refund or store credit.

How to start a return:

Please email info@margeauxandcompany.com with your order number and full name used to purchase your item. Step-by-step details will be provided to you about returning your item quickly and efficiently - and a ticket number will be provided to you.
